มีการอธิบายและให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับสารสกัดต่างๆด้วยนะคะ วันนี้ Y8 จะมาแนะนำ สารสกัด Melazero ซึ่งเป็นสารสกัดธรรมชาติจากพืชที่ชื่อว่า ''Arisaema Amurense'' พบได้ในป่าลึกโซนเอเซียตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ที่สำคัญใช้วิธีสกัดโดยไม่ใช้สารเคมี เพื่อให้ได้สารที่บริสุทธ์ิและประสิทธิภาพสูง

ประกอบกับในปัจจุบัน ชาวญี่ปุ่นที่ชื่อ Yoshinori Ohsumi ซึ่งได้รางวัลโนเบลสาขาสรีรวิทยาหรือสาขาการแพทย์ปี 2016 มีการค้นพบนวัตกรรมใหม่ กลไกกลืนกินตัวเองของเซลล์ หรือที่เรียกว่า Autophagy controlling ด้วยการขจัดเม็ดสีเมลานินด้วยปฏิกิริยา Melanology และยับยั้งการผลิตเม็ดสีเมลานิน

ด้วยการลดการผลิตเอนไซม์ไทโรซิเนส ซึ่งเป็นเอนไซม์ที่จะไปกระตุ้นให้ผลิตเม็ดสีเมลานินซึ่งเป็นสาเหตุที่ทำให้ผิวหมองคล้ำขึ้นนั่นเอง ซึ่ง Melanophagy เป็นปฎิกิริยาของเซลล์ที่เกิดการกินตัวเองเพื่อย่อยส่วนประกอบบางอย่างที่ไม่ต้องการในเซลล์ที่สร้างเม็ดสีผิว

เม็ดสีผิวจึงถูกย่อยกลายเป็นกรด จนกลายเป็นกรดอะมิโนอย่างสมบูรณ์ ดังนั้นจึงได้สารสกัด Melazero ที่สามารถยับยั้งการผลิตเอนไซม์ไทโรซิเนส ซึ่งเป็นต้นเหตุของผิวหมองคล้ำและจุดด่างดำค่ะ

เมื่อเปรียบเทียบการใช้ระหว่าง 1% Melazero และ 1% Alpha arbutin พบว่า1% Melazero สามารถลดเลือน ฝ้า กระ จุดด่างดำได้ดีกว่าอย่างเห็นได้ชัดเจนภายใน 2 สัปดาห์ ซึ่งเห็นผลได้ไวกว่า 1%alpha arbutinอีกด้วยและเมื่อทดสอบการระคายเคืองกับอาสาสมัคร 34 คน ด้วยวิธี Patch test โดยการใช้ 2% Melazero เป็นเวลา 24 ชั่วโมง พบว่าไม่แสดงการแพ้และการระคายเคืองเลย
