เริ่มจากสถาบันค้นคว้าและวิจัย
CODIF Laboratories ประเทศฝรั่งเศส ได้มีการค้นพบการปฏิวัติการเปลี่ยนรูปทรงของโมเลกุล ที่สามารถเข้าไปขัดขวางหรือยับยั้ง Pigmentary synapses ช่วยลดการเกิดจุดด่างดำที่เกิดจากมลภาวะ แสงแดด ซึ่งโมเลกุลนี้มีประสิทธิภาพมากๆ 

ผลก็คือลดจุดด่างดำแลดูจางลงหลังใช้เพียง 2 สัปดาห์ค่ะ โดยทดลองให้กลุ่มโมเลกุลน้ำตาล Exopolysaccharide(EPS) ที่มีการดัดแปลงรูปร่างจากทรงตรงให้กลางเป็นทรงวงกลม และการดัดแปลงนี้เองได้มีการนำ 2 hydrophobic amino acids (Alanine and Serine) ทำให้ช่วยซึมเข้าสู่ผิวได้ดีขึ้น รวมถึงขนาดวงกลมนั้นยังมีรูปร่างพอดีในการเข้าไปขัดขวาง/ลดการจับกันของ Mannose receptor และ Keratinocyte receptor หรือที่เรียกชื่อว่า “Pigmentary synapses” มากถึง35% 

##แล้วกลไกในการยับยั้งเม็ดสีเมลานิน ของสารสกัดตัวนี้มีอะไรบ้าง##

1. ลดการส่งผ่าน Melanosome จากMelanocyte ไปสู่ Keratinocyte ได้มากกว่า81%
 - โดยยับยั้งการจับกันของ Mannose receptor และ Keratinocyte receptor มากกว่า 35%
2. ลดการสร้างเม็ดสีเมลานิน โดยการปกป้องมลภาวะ45% และลดการจับของ COX2 กับ Prostaglandins

และจากผลการทดสอบกับอาสาสมัคร เมื่อใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีส่วนผสมของ 1% EPS WHITE 2สัปดาห์ พบว่า…

1.ช่วยป้องกันมลภาวะ สาเหตุของการแพ้ 45% และช่วยป้องกันมลภาวะ สาเหตุการเกิดเม็ดสี 71%

2. จุดด่างดำบริเวณแก้ม 6% ลดลง 2 สัปดาห์ และ20% ลดลงใน 8 สัปดาห์

3. ป้องกันรังสีUV สาเหตุของการแพ้และเม็ดสีผิว ได้มากถึง 81%

A polymer of sugars (Galacturonic acid, Galactose, N-acetyl-glucosamine) decorated with 2 hydrophobic amino acids, alanine and serine. They induce a folding of the molecule under vesicular shape. This would facilitate its penetration and interaction into the formation of the pigmentary synapse.
Research Institute CODIF Laboratories in France. A revolution/change in molecular shape has been discovered. EPS WHITE is a new whitening kind of marine molecule able to protect against pollution induced inflammation. A polymer of sugars (Galacturonic acid, Galactose, N-acetyl-glucosamine) decorated with 2 hydrophobic amino acids, alanine and serine. They induce a folding of the molecule under vesicular shape. That can interfere or inhibit Pigment synapses, helping to reduce the occurrence of dark spots caused by pollution, sunlight, which is effective in reducing dark spots and looking faded in 2 weeks after use.
 Mechanisms of EPS White for inhibiting melanin pigment.
1. Reduce the transmission of melanin through melanosome from melanocyte to keratinocyte by more than 81% by inhibiting the binding of Mannose receptor and Keratinocyte receptor more than 35%.
2. Reduce melanin pigment production. By protecting 45% pollution and reducing the capture of COX2 and Prostaglandins.
