การทดสอบในอาสาสมัคร

การศึกษาผู้หญิงจีนในกรุงปักกิ่ง 36 คนสูตรทาผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีส่วนผสมของ ALPAFLOR® SCUTELLARIA AO ที่ 3% และเปรียบเทียบกับทาผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ไม่มีส่วนผสมของ Alpaflor Scutellaria AO ครึ่งหน้าวันละสองครั้งเป็นเวลา 28 วัน โดยอาสาสมัครใช้เวลานอกบ้านอย่างน้อย 6 ชั่วโมงทุกวัน ในช่วงฤดูหนาวอากาศหนาวเย็นและแห้งแล้งเป็นพิเศษ โดยมีภาวะมลพิษรุนแรง วัดความชุ่มชื้นของผิวด้วยเครื่องcorneometer, transepidermal water loss (TEWL) โดยใช้ aquaflux และสีของผิวหนัง

พบว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีส่วนผสมของALPAFLOR® SCUTELLARIA AO 3% ช่วยฟื้นบำรุงผิวได้ถึง 80% เมื่อเทียบกับผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ไม่มีส่วนผสมของALPAFLOR® SCUTELLARIA AO ในสภาวะแวดล้อมที่รุนแรงและช่วยปกป้องเกราะป้องกันผิวไว้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญหลังจากความเครียดจากสิ่งแวดล้อมที่รุนแรงเป็นเวลา 4 สัปดาห์

In vivo test

An in vivo study of 36 Chinese women was conducted in Beijing. Formulations with ALPAFLOR® SCUTELLARIA AO at

3% and a placebo were applied to half the face twice daily for 28 days. The volunteers spent at least 6 hours outside

every day during winter 2016-2017, which was particularly cold and dry with severe pollution conditions. We measured

skin hydration with a corneometer, transepidermal water loss (TEWL) using aquaflux, and the color of the skin.

The result of ALPAFLOR® SCUTELLARIA AO, the skin is 14% less yellow and 21% lighter after 4 weeks compared with a placebo. ALPAFLOR® SCUTELLARIA AO restores 80% of the skin hydration compared to placebo in harsh environmental conditions and its significantly preserved the skin barrier after strong environmental stress for 4 weeks.
